At TGC Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TGC customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, tags, and protective bags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
